DOH-Escambia’s Family Health Clinic is now accepting Medicaid patients.

The Family Health Clinic is a primary care clinic for children and adults assigned to Medicaid.

Primary and preventative care services include:

  • School physicals 
  • Sports physicals
  • Annual check-up/preventative care for adults and children over age 3 months
  • Nurse/lab visits for the following:
    • Hepatitis B (immunity test)
    • IGRA (Tuberculosis test)
    • MMR (immunity test)
    • Varicella (immunity test)
  • Management of chronic diseases, such as asthma, high blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes

Immunizations and STD Testing and Treatment services are also offered, and insurance coverage is not required.
