Services
- School physicals
- Sports physicals
- Quick Care Clinic
- Annual check-up/preventative care for adults and children over age 3 months
- Nurse/lab visits for the following:
- Hepatitis B (immunity test)
- IGRA (Tuberculosis test)
- MMR (immunity test)
- Varicella (immunity test)
- Chronic disease management, such as asthma, high blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes
- Immunizations and STD testing and treatment – insurance coverage is not required for these services
