Our services are provided by highly qualified and experienced family practice doctors, pediatricians, nurse practitioners, nurses, nutritionists, and case managers. We offer discounted rates for uninsured and underinsured patients who meet the eligibility requirements. Services will not be denied due to inability to pay.
Our office is open Monday – Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
