Mobile home park

This program works to minimize the risk of injury and illness in this residential environment by conducting routine inspections.

Mobile homes, lodging and recreational vehicle parks, and recreational camps are licensed annually by the Florida Department of Health, in accordance with Chapter 513, Florida Statutes, and Rule 64E-15, Florida Administratie Code.

This program encompasses mobile home parks, RV parks, lodges, and recreational camps in Escambia County. Our mission is to assure that these parks have:

  • Safe drinking water supplies
  • Proper sewage and garbage disposal
  • Sanitary bathing facilities
  • Safe swimming pools
  • Rodent and pest control

Fees

The annual permit fee is based on the number of spaces at the park.

Environmental Public Health bills and fees can be paid in-person, by mail, or can pay online. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks (returned check fee is $25).
