Breastfeeding is one of the best things you can do for yourself and your baby. WIC supports all families to meet their breastfeeding and chest feeding goals. WIC can help you feed your baby as much as you want for as long as you want! Every ounce count and gives your baby the healthiest start possible.

The WIC Program provides extra foods in the monthly benefits available to participants who are exclusively breastfeeding their babies. In addition, we facilitate access to breast pumps and offers free breastfeeding classes.

Remember Florida Law states that: “A mother may breastfeed her baby in any location, public or private, where the mother is otherwise authorized to be.”
