The Family Health Clinic is a primary care clinic for children and adults assigned to Medicaid.
DOH-Escambia’s Family Health Clinic is now accepting Medicaid patients.
Primary and preventative care services include:
- Annual check-up/preventative care for adults and children over age 3 months
- Management of chronic diseases, such as asthma, high blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes
- Child behavioral health, including ADHD
- Sports and school physicals
The following services are also offered, no insurance required:

Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
