DOH-Escambia’s Family Health Clinic is now accepting Medicaid patients.
The Family Health Clinic is a primary care clinic for children and adults assigned to Medicaid.
Primary and preventative care services include:
- School physicals
- Annual check-up/preventative care for adults and children over age 3 months
- Management of chronic diseases, such as asthma, high blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes
Immunizations and STD Testing and Treatment services are also offered, no insurance required.
The Family Health Clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
