DOH-Okaloosa, DOH-Santa Rosa, and DOH-Escambia Provide Free or Low-Cost Breast Cancer Screenings

Pensacola, Fla. — The Florida Departments of Health in Okaloosa County (DOH-Okaloosa),
Santa Rosa County (DOH-Santa Rosa), and Escambia County (DOH-Escambia) will host the
3D Mobile Mammography bus to provide free or low-cost mammograms to women in the
community. See the following information for locations, dates, and times:

Eligibility for Free Mammogram Screenings

Must meet each of the four criteria below:

  1. Women ages 40-64
  2. Primary residence is in Florida
  3. Have a household income that is less than or equal to 200% of the poverty level
  4. Have no health insurance to cover the cost of a clinical breast exam, mammogram, or
    Pap smear

Florida Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program

The Florida Department of Health provides access to free or low-cost breast cancer screenings
statewide to women who are uninsured or underinsured, have a low income, and meet the
