Community Outreach and Presentations

Health education staff develop media campaigns and presentations on a variety of topics with the goal of giving Escambia citizens the tools they need to achieve optimal health and prevent chronic diseases.  A special emphasis is placed on obesity and diabetes prevention. Health Educators and Registered Dietitians are available to speak at civic meetings or provide information at community health fairs and events. 

Please print, complete, and submit the Presentation Request Form (45 KB; pdf) at least two months before your event date. Our participation will be based on the availability of our staff and resources at the time of your request. We will confirm or decline our participation no later than one month before your event date.
