This program encompasses mobile home parks, RV parks, lodges and recreational camps in Escambia County. Our mission is to assure that these parks have:

  • Safe drinking water supplies.
  • Proper sewage and garbage disposal.
  • Sanitary bathing facilities.Mobile Home Park
  • Safe swimming pools.
  • Rodent and pest control.

The governing authority for the program is Florida Statute 513 and Florida Administrative Code 64E-15.

The annual permit fee is based on the number of spaces the park has. Please see our Fee Schedule for annual permit fees. Download the DOH Permit Application (21.2kb; pdf)
