The Family Health Clinic is a primary care clinic for children and adults assigned to Medicaid.

Now accepting new Medicaid patients.

Primary and preventative care services include:

  • Annual check-up/preventative care for adults and children over age 3 months
  • Management of chronic diseases, such as asthma, high blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes
  • Child behavioral health, including ADHD
  • Sports and school physicals 

 

We also offer the following services, no insurance required.
