If you have been affected by opioid overdose, the CORE (Coordinated Opioid Revovery) program is here to guide you towards a brighter future. Our comprehensive approach to recovery, coupled with our commitment to community well-being, makes us your steadfast partner in overcoming opioid overdose. The Florida Department of Health, Department of Children and Families, and Agency for Health Care Administration have partnered to implement a network of addiction care in Florida. Standard treatment programs have had limited success in creating long term recoveries for this lifelong illness. This innovative program is the first of its kind in the country, expanding a state-supported cohesive coordinated system of addiction care for individuals suffering from Substance Use Disorder. This comprehensive approach expands every aspect of overdose response and treats all primary and secondary impacts of Substance Use Disorder.
