The Florida Department of Health in Escambia County (FDOH-Escambia) places emphasis on increasing accessibility and availability of immunizations for children and adults. Child ImmunizationAll childhood and adolescent immunizations are offered in accordance with the Bureau of Immunizations Schedule and the Florida School Guidelines.  Vaccinations are available to eligible children six weeks through 18 years of age. Clients who are 19 years old and older may qualify for the Adult Vaccine Program that offers a limited selection of vaccines for $18. Adults who don’t meet eligibility requirements for the Adult Vaccine Program, there are separate fees for each vaccination received.  

Immunization Records 

Patients can now log onto our secure server directly and print electronically certified copies of D.H. Form 680 from their home computers if their health-care provider is a participating physician. Electronically certified shot records are available for quick access with a registry-issued ID and pin number. Schools and day cares accept electronically certified 680s (authorized by administrative rule 64D-3.046 F.A.C.).

The DOH-Escambia is a designated travel center. Travel information is based on the CDC’s Travelers’ Health recommendations.
