FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IN ESCAMBIA COUNTY FAIRFIELD LOCATION TEMPORARILY CLOSED Health Department Fairfield Location Services Suspended on June 14, 2021 and June 15, 2021

Pensacola, Fla. – Due to building maintenance, the Florida Department of Health in Escambia County (FDOH-Escambia) Fairfield location will be closed for the remainder of today, June 14, 2021 and tomorrow, June 15, 2021 until 12:00 p.m. CT. FDOH-Escambia offices are currently scheduled to reopen on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. CT.

  • FDOH-Escambia Fairfield Location (1295 W Fairfield Dr., Pensacola) clinic, and other services provided at this location, will be suspended for the reminder of today, June 14, 2021 and tomorrow morning, Tuesday, June 15, 2021. Clients with appointments scheduled during this period may call 850-595-6500 when we reopen to reschedule their appointment.
  • Community Health Northwest Florida dental services at FDOH-Escambia’s Fairfield Drive Service Center will be closed for the remainder of today, June 14, 2021 and tomorrow morning, Tuesday June 15, 2021 and are scheduled to reopen Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. CT. Patients who have appointments in the dental clinic may call 850-912-8880 to reschedule.
  • All persons are encouraged to follow FDOH-Escambia on Twitter @HealthyEscambia and to monitor com and local news media for updated information on hours and services.
  • Reopening times are subject to change and are dependent upon maintenance completion.
